BACK ORDER POLICY
In an ideal world, there would be an endless inventory of everything we typically carry. On very rare occasions an item may be temporarily out-of-stock. If an item is not available, you will be contacted by a sales representative to determine if you would like to:

• Remove the back-ordered item from your order and be refunded the amount
• Modify your order by substituting something else for the delayed item

• Ship the currently in-stock items immediately, and then allow us to send the back-ordered item with no additional shipping cost.
  

We regret any delays and will strive to do our best to keep them non-existent. If they do happen, please accept our apologies.

RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase through our company, return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange.
