Shipping and Return Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All orders will be charged a minimum of $5.00, and in increments based on weight
and destination. Orders will be sent by USPS (US Postal Service), UPS, or
comparable service. Prices good for the 48 contiguous states only.
Payment for shipping is added at the time of checkout and is based on an
approximate weight of 1 lb per bottle. If your order weighs less than the
approximated value at checkout, you will be charged the lesser amount and will
receive an updated invoice upon processing. You will be able to see the
approximate fees before completing the order*.
If you are eligible for Free Shipping, that amount will be deducted from you
invoice prior to credit card processing and you will be sent an updated
invoice.

The minimum charge will be $35 and will increase depending on the weight and
quantity of the total order. Final charges will be confirmed with you via
email or phone prior to charging your credit card.
For 2nd Day delivery, shipping will be 2 times the amount in the
chart.
For overnight delivery, shipping will be 5 times the amount in the chart.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Shipping
charges may be approximately 25% higher than those depicted on the chart below
when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and US Commonwealths.
When shipping outside the continental United States, all orders are required to
have insurance. Orders delivered outside the continental United States will be
charged actual US Portal Service Express shipping and handling costs. To find
the USPS Global Express Mail shipping costs for your country, visit their
website. Charges are based on the weight and destination. All packages
are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements for private use
only.

shipping instructions, please contact us.
BACKORDERS
If items are unavailable for shipment, your order containing the in stock
products will be shipped immediately and the remaining backorder will be
shipped when it becomes available, within a reasonable time limit, without
additional shipping charges, unless cancelled by you.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase through our company, return it to us
within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange. All returns must be
pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to
returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will
not be issued a refund/exchange.
