1. When will my order be processed?
   All orders placed online before 2:00pm CST (Central Standard Time) will be processed and shipped the same day.
   Any order placed after 2:00pm CST (Central Standard Time) will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
   

2. What shipping method is used for online orders?
   All orders will be shipped using UPS ground service, if another shipping option is requested please call 888-855-3376 and speak with a customer service representative. Additional shipping fees will apply.

3. How do I cancel an online order?
   If you need to cancel an order, please call 888-855-3376.

4. If I order online do I have to pay online also?
   No, you may choose to select items from our Aspen Nutrients online store and complete your purchase by phone. By selecting phone order, you are choosing to be contacted by one of our customer service representatives to complete your order.

5. Do you offer overnight delivery service?
   Overnight and other expedited delivery services are available for an additional charge. Please contact a customer service representative by calling 888-855-3376

6. What is your return policy?
   In keeping with our quality commitment, our return policy requires that a claim be made within 5 days of receiving product. All returns must be completed within 30 days of the original ship date with prior authorization from our customer Service Department.

7. Do you have a minimum dollar requirement to order?
   You can set up an account and purchase as little as one bottle of our house label product.

8. Do you have an automatic shipment program?
   Yes. For your convenience Aspen has established an auto ship program. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-877-287-4862 to learn more about this option.
